Our clubhouse

We are looking for a reliable tenant for our clubhouse, who will bring this traditional place back to life and make it an asset to our allotment gardens.

The clubhouse's restaurant has an area of 136 m², including ancillary rooms (guest room with stage, counter with bar, club room, kitchen with anteroom, toilet facilities). The size of the basement rooms is an additional 30 m². The dining room is fully furnished, outside there is a large beer garden (garden furniture available) and a playground.

Lease price is negotiable.

In addition, the club house can be rented inexpensively by interested parties from April to October for private events (birthday parties and other family celebrations for up to 35 people), including inventory, on a daily basis.
